SMS consent
Customer-initiated SMS customer care
Simplae v1 is an AI receptionist for customer-initiated texting. Customers text the business number first; Simplae responds for support, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups. Bulk promotional SMS is not supported in v1.
Primary flow: customer-initiated texting
In Simplae v1, customers start SMS conversations by texting the business number with a question or request. Simplae responds on behalf of the business for customer support, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and service-related follow-ups. There is no bulk promotional messaging in v1.
Sending the first SMS to the business number starts a customer-care conversation and requests assistance from the business.
