How to connect

1. Open Integrations in your portal.
2. Find Google Calendar and click Connect.
3. Sign in with your Google account when prompted.
4. Choose which calendar to share.
5. Run a test — ask your assistant about availability on a day you have booked.

Example

A barber connects the staff calendar; customers texting 'Any openings Saturday?' get accurate windows.

Disconnect safely

Removing an integration stops new syncs. Past knowledge already imported stays until you delete those sources in Knowledge.

Issues

If sync fails, reconnect OAuth first. Check that the same email owns both accounts. See Troubleshooting.
