Photos of signage, printed menus, chalkboards, and screenshots can become knowledge. This is useful when your best information never made it onto your website.

• Front-door hours sticker
• Salon service board
• Event poster with dates and prices
• Screenshot of a Google Business profile

How to upload

1. Choose Knowledge → Add source → Image.
2. Select JPG or PNG files from your computer or phone.
3. Confirm the preview looks readable.
4. Review extracted text after processing.

Photo quality tips

• Shoot straight-on, not at a steep angle.
• Avoid glare from windows or flash.
• Fill the frame with the text you care about.

Example workflow

A boutique uploads a photo of its summer sale flyer. Customers asking "Any sales this week?" get accurate dates and discount rules — without staff retyping the poster.

Combining with other sources

Images often complement website import. Your site may list services while a photo captures this week's specials. Both can coexist; just review for conflicts.
