Record Information
Explain policies and services by voice — Simplae transcribes them for you.
Record information by voice
Some owners think faster than they type. Recording a short voice note lets you explain policies naturally; Simplae transcribes the audio into searchable text.

Great uses for voice
- Cancellation and no-show policies
- How custom quotes work
- Directions with local landmarks
- "What we do not offer" clarifications
How to record
- Open Knowledge → Add → Record.
- Press record and speak clearly for thirty seconds to three minutes.
- Stop, review the transcript, and save.
Speaking tips
- Use short sentences.
- Say numbers and times explicitly ("nine AM" or "9:00 a.m.").
- Mention your business name once for context.
Edit the transcript
Automatic transcription is good but not perfect. Fix names, spelling, and dollar amounts in manual editing before relying on the answer in live texts.
Example
A gym owner records: "For customers asking about freezes: members can pause up to two months per year with thirty days notice. Frozen months do not count toward personal training packages." That becomes a precise answer to a common text.
