Review Imports

Check imported content before customers rely on it.

Review imports

Every import — website, PDF, image, or recording — should pass human review. This ten-minute habit prevents embarrassing texts.

Import review queue

What to look for

  • Accuracy — prices, hours, phone numbers, addresses
  • Duplication — the same FAQ appearing three times
  • Noise — cookie banners, "click here", navigation junk
  • Conflicts — old menu vs. new menu both present

Review workflow

  1. Open Knowledge → Review (or the notification badge after import).
  2. Walk through each highlighted chunk.
  3. Approve good sections, edit questionable ones, reject garbage.
  4. Send two test texts that hit the changed topics.

Approve vs. edit vs. reject

Approve when text matches your current offering. Edit when the idea is right but wording or numbers are off. Reject when the chunk is useless (footer links, boilerplate).

Once reviewed, note the date in your internal checklist. Owners who review weekly see fewer fixing mistakes emergencies at month-end.
